Following the success of the boxing match and HCMC marathon fundraising for Saigon Children's Charity, I am home visiting family in Scotland and have started fundraising for the 3rd school build. 

This challenge is a strongman challenge set by Big Rig Rugby to lift the Scottish Stones. It is not suited to my sports or fitness levels and am finding it extremely difficult. I would encourage anyone who wants to give them a go to do your homework and train properly for it. Da Nang Ironman 70.3 is delayed until 2022 due to COVID-19 and I've put on a few Kg during lockdown so managing the lifts to chest (just).

Learning about the stones history in Scotland and visiting some of the beautiful countryside locations have made the sore bits worth while.

Challenge

Break the ground (put wind beneath the stone)
Bring the stone to waist height 25USD
Bring the stone to the chest 50USD
Bring the stone to the shoulder 75USD
Press the stone overhead 100USD
