Hello friends, family, colleagues (everybody)....

Well I have done it.... Yesterday I actually ran 13.1 miles in 3 hours, 3 minutes and 2 seconds.... not the fastest person in the world, but still I am very proud of my achievement (although my legs are extremely sore today)...

 

Thank you so much to all of you to sponsor me and to any of you who are still to do so! I have exceeded my target by £213 and Barclays will match all I have raised pound for pound!
