Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. We are raising money as part of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign's 'every second counts' appeal.

We are absolutely determined to complete the challenge and raise lots of money to help the thousands of other people in the UK living with muscular dystrophy. Every second does count when you're trying to find a cure for this devastating illness. We are lucky to have such a dedicated team who have committed so much time and effort to training.

The 5 Peaks Challenge involves climbing the 5 highest peaks in England, Wales, Scotland, Northen Ireland and the Republic of Ireland all within a 48 hour period!!
As well as the physical effects of the climbing, we will have to deal with sleep deprivation and cramped conditions as we speed across the UK. Besides the runners the challenge depends on the efforts of our logistics team, whose job it is to get us from peak to peak in as short a time as possible.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Muscular Dystrophy Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support. The 5 peaks Challenge team.
