Hi All,

I AM RUNNING A HALF MARATHON!!

Yes I am just as shocked as you are that i'm actually getting off my behind and running this half marathon (that's 13.1 miles if anyone didn't know), with the help of Mr Francis Jones who has now officially become my personal trainer!  ha! ha!  Fran will also be accompanying me around the course to 1. make sure I do it and 2. encase I need an ambulance called!!!

The event will be taking place in Southend on Sunday 8th June 2008 at 10am, so if any of you fancy a laugh then you are more than welcome to come along and see me drag my sorry self across the finish line (hopefully).

The charity I am doing this for is 'Little Havens Children's Hospice' who care for kids with Terminal Illnesses in Essex and London.  So if you lovely people would like to sponsor me that would be great.  Anything will do, big or small, everything counts.  And I sooooooo need the motivation of funds to keep me going!!!

Anyway people, thanks in advance, and wish me luck, i'm gonna need it!!!!
