Story
Colin, Mark, Kevin, Christian otherwise known as the 'The Fools' - are about to take on something incredible for Oxfam and we're delighted to have you on board. You will become part of an amazing group of people, and help us get through this challenge of a lifetime - by making a donation to our team. By making a donation to such a worthy cause, Oxfam will be able to lift people out of poverty, and in turn lift the lives of others around them.
Trailtrekker: The Challenge
31 May/1 June 2014
The challenge - 30 hours to cover a 100km course across the Yorkshire Dales with climbs more than Ben Nevis and Snowden put together! Probably the toughest - and most incredible - challenge we'll ever take on, but we'll be achieving something astonishing for a great cause, and it'll be worth every step.
100km. A nice round number, but difficult to put into perspective.
It's 62.2 miles - the equivalent of walking two and a half marathons back to back, or walking from Leeds to Scarborough, non-stop. It's tough, but it's within our reach.
To keep us going when we will want to stop.....below is a reminder of why we are doing it....with sound - see what a donation makes by clicking on the link below...
