Thames Valley Air Ambulance is the only provider of advanced critical care within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Every day, someone in our community could be in urgent need of our service.

Story

Ian Robinson, Mike Knowles-Leak, Darryl Roberts & Mike Farquhar are entering a three-wheeled pub in to the Annual Cookham Dean Gravity Grand Prix. Sponsored by the Jolly Farmer we only have two real challenges to overcome - getting the pub moving and stopping it at the other end! All entries are raising money for the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance.

You are welcome to join us and please sponser us! The race will take place on Sunday 14th September and the format is
that there will be an initial parade followed by two timed events. The
parade will start at about 1.00 p.m between the Jolly Farmer Pub and Uncle Toms Cabin (another pub).

This year there will be:

- Food of different sorts (e.g. barbecues and the like) available on the
Old Cricket Common

- A Café in the Village Hall offering tea and cakes

- Authentic banners along the route, supplied by sponsors

- A vintage car display on the Old Cricket Common

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Thames Valley And Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
