Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Now that Xmas is over myself and 6 friends are planning, as we do every year, to lose weight - lots of weight!! This year however we are hoping that our friends and colleagues will support our efforts with either a fixed donation or a donation based on pounds lost.

Not very inventive I know but hopefully will be worthwhile for the cause!!

Each year men and women much braver than us are killed or injured in conflicts around the world. Its a sad fact of life that our heroes often return to broken lives. hardship and heartache. We just want to do our bit to make it the tiniest bit better. Please help us to help them!!
