One of the key values of The People Incubator is "Contribution".  This year our chosen charity is Guide Dogs for the Blind.  Please support us in our efforts to contribute financially to this cause through supporting our Founder, Ruth Crone. 

Ruth has courageously agreed to 'donate' her body to the cause(!):  her challenge is to lose four stone between now and the end of the year.  She'll be posting intermittent updates on a dedicated blog including some gruesome before shots (hey you'd pay to see that wouldn't you?  LOL).  Of course, there will be some after shots too which should be a lot easier on the eyes!
