Hello All

The intrepid pair are at it again! This was last years effort when our lovely friends helped us to raise nearly £500 so thank you to all of you I'm sure that Marie Curie have put these monies to good use. We have managed to secure a place for the Great North Run this year by raising money for Great Ormond Street.

We managed to trot our way around the Bath Half marathon earlier this year but it was a bit of a struggle! However we have managed to maintain some element of a training regime this year but we're not expecting any personal bests on this one!We have arranged to stay at South Shields fire station again and are hoping that we won't be required to respond to any emergency calls on the night before.

Anyway please can you help us to help the deserving little people at Great Ormond street.
