I will be running this year's London Flora Marathon on April 23, 2008.  As part of this race, I will be raising money to help sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

MS is a chronic inflamatory disease that effects the Central Nervous System. More than 85,000 individuals suffer from MS in the UK alone. MS Society funds vital services for those suffering from MS and invests in research to help find a cure.
