We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. The Totals so far
As of 14th September 2007, £219.93 has been raised offline (including my top-up donation), the cheque's are on their way to Cancer Research and I'm still looking for sponsors and subjects to write about.
Thank you all for your support.

Target re-revised 2/5/7
(£57.00 of offline total has been pledged but still remains to be collected.)

Target Revised in light of lots of donations. 12noon, day 0

My message:
During the final weekend in April 2007 I took part in a sponsored Blogathon (in association with Nicky.  This involved writing and uploading a blog entry every half hour for twenty four hours.  Many of the entries were sponsored entries with subjects chosen by the paying public.  The money I raise will be going to Cancer Research UK - a charity that my uncle asked people to donate to before he died of cancer in June 2006.  All donations welcome.

Although the even is now over, this page will be running until 10th  November 2007, and, in light of the fun we had and the support  received over the weekend, the "cash for writing" concept will carry on until then - I will write about any subject chosen by anybody willing to donate at least five pounds and let me know what they want writing about.

The blog can be found here.
It's not very old, but my old livejournal can be found here if you want to read more.

Thank you.
