By making a  donation you are supporting an amazing charity that has supported my youngest sister Martha for many years. She was born with Downs Syndrome and, like all the other people cared for by HFT, she is encouraged and supported to lead an independent life.

Just last month Martha moved into a new, more intimate, home in Cheriton Road , Folkstone,  where she will live with her friend Mark ..... with the carers from HFT keeping a daily eye on them to ensure they are 'getting on' and doing an equal share of the household chores.
