After having run the London Marathon last year, finishing in 4.36, i thought it would be a really great idea to do it again in 2009. I did'nt quite hit my target of running under four and a half hours and i really missed the early starts, dark mornings, rain and snow...

But what did inspire me was the generosity that people showed and the support i recieved.

I have seen at first hand, the good the money does for children through sport, especially those with special needs.
