Last year my granddad had a stroke which has left him bed bound. The Stroke Association have been a great help in providing us with information and tips to help him regain as much independence as possible. They do a great job and like most charities, rely on donations to keep going. Your donations will help with research into new treatments and ways of preventing stroke.

The London Triathlon is held at the ExCel Centre between 8th - 9th August. I'll be competing in the Olympic Plus event which consists of a 1.5km swim, 80km bike and a 10k run.
