Following some persuasion earlier in the year I was talked into running the Great North Run, and as a result I'm raising money for Age UK.

Please give generously, as I'm sure you know that firstly I'm not really cut out for distance running (short legs!) and secondly I've been a fair deal of effort into making sure I finish in a decent time.
