Story
On the 13th April 2008 I will be embarking on an epic fundraising and physical challenge, I will be running the London Marathon on behalf of the charity Scope, I have decided to do this following years of work with hundreds of children both at Nottingham County Cricket Club and Caythorpe Cricket Club, all this time I have worked with fortunate and talented children and want to offer something to the less privileged.
Every 6 hours a child is born with cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is the most commonly diagnosed physical condition in the UK, it occurs around the time of birth when part of the brain fails to develop properly.
Scope can only reach 1 in 4 people who need support, with your help we can improve this statistic.
Thanks in advance for your generous donation
