Hi,

Thank you for supporting me in my fundraising for the Alzheimers Society. I was completely unaware of Alzheimers until my dad was diagnosed. Since then I have become aware of the effects this condition has on not only the individual but on the family and carers who are there 24/7. The society really is a lifeline for so many involved. Some of the best and most positive moments I have had since my dads diagnosis have been of hearing about the events and support the society offers to those effected.  

I am running the Eastbourne Half Marathon on 1st March 2009. I'll let you Know how it goes!!!
