Well, as the photo suggests, I ran the Paris marathon on 5th April.  The run went well, and I got round in 3 hours 24 minutes, which is a big PB for me.

I ran for The Alzheimer's Society, which is a cause very close to my heart as my grandmother had the disease.

I realise I've been a bit of a sponsorship pest to many of you over recent years, but if you could find the time and a little money to help out this most worthy of causes, I'd be most grateful.
