I'm 24 years old and weighing in higher than the number of my years (in stones) I have decided that I have spent more than long-enough battling the bulge and all the issues that being so rotund brings with it: - from difficulty with breathing and other short term health issues but also with the longer term potential for a long and happy/healthy life.

2011 is going to be the year in which I turn things around for the better.

I am very blessed to have the backing of numerous friends, family and business contacts who are backing me 100% to achieve my target weight of 20stone before the end of 2011.
