Andy Cole and three friends are cycling Llandudno to Cwmbran (all 196 miles!) over three days to raise money for Leukaemia Research in Memory of Ken Morgan, inspired by Emily Clark and RemissionPossible (www.remissionpossible.org.uk) and in celebration of Andy's 50th birthday.

This is a mamouth task, so please give what you can to encourage them in this mega cycling challenge!
