Over 10 million people are at risk in East Africa due to conflict and some areas being affected by the worst drought in 60 years. The DEC East Africa Crisis Appeal will support the work of our members in affected areas of Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia and South Sudan. Your donations can help provide life saving aid such as food, water, care for malnourished children and medical treatment.
East Africa's worst drought in decades will receive new aid from a joint appeal launched by group of leading British humanitarian agencies.
The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) will this weekend broadcast a series of televised appeals in a bid to drum up support for thousands of families caught up in the crisis.
Fresh images from the region today show the full horror children left starving and malnourished children, desperate families queuing for food at emergency camps and dry, barren land with nothing growing..
It's shocking to see how much food wastage there is in the west. Just here at the Trembling Madness we empty plates all day long into the bin. Please think for a minute and help donate anything to help these people get a meal inside of them and try to have a go at living.
