We want everyone to learn first aid to build a nation of first aiders

Story

Thank you to all of you who have already sponsored me, and you will be pleased to hear that I finished this time around! I did it in 3 hours and 8 minutes (27 minutes for the 1 mile swim, 1 hour 45 minutes for the 40km bike, 46 minutes for the 10km run).

In last year's race I had a fall on the bike leg and, in my concussed state, was extremely well looked after by the good people of St John Ambulance. And promised to raise money for them this year. St John Ambulance is the leading first aid training provider in the UK and the third largest youth organisation. Their 43,000 volunteers freely give over five million hours of their own time every year to help care and save lives.

If you haven't already, please donate now. This page will be active until the beginning of September.
