Story

Trinity House Accept Seafarers UK  Great Island Challenge
                        2 big challenges.  1 weekend.

The event, taking place on the Isle of Wight on 9th-12th May is in aid of Seafarers UK.  Based on and around the Isle of Wight, we will crew two yachts and then sail all the way around the island. If that wasn’t a challenge in itself, we will then have to cycle around the 62 miles of hilly coastline.

This exciting event is being organised by the same people that brought the 24 Peaks Challenge to the maritime community, one of the most popular charity challenges of last year

We will be entering two teams, each team of six people is asked to raise £5,000 which will be used to provide vital support to those in need from the maritime community including seafarers, ex-seafarers and their families.

If you would like further information about the Great Island Challenge to signup your team, please contact Lee Dobbins at Seafarers UK at lee.dobbins@seafarers-uk.org or 020 7932 5960.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Seafarers UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support for all at Trinity House
