Just like every year of fund raising, this year I am taking part in the "GET ON YOUR BIKE" 30 Mile Challenge - a sponsored cycle event supporting the charitable causes of BAPS Charities and partnering charity Barnado's.

Whatever the issue from drug misuse to disability; youth crime to mental health; sexual abuse to domestic violence; poverty to homelessness; Barnardo’s believes we can bring out the best in every child.

I shall be doing a 30-mile cycle ride at Milton Keynes on Sunday, 15th August 2010.

The charity is for a good cause so please dig deep and sponsor me.
