We help break the cycle of poverty to transform the lives of children

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Race completed, personal best's acheived.

Thank you all for the sponsorship - bring on the Bristol Half!!

On Sunday March 15th, three of my work colleagues will be competing in the Bath Half-Marathon.  Elliott "Steve Ovett" Greaves, Alex "Sebastian Coe" Tunstall and Darren Winchester will be running to support the "University ofLife".  Please support them - they've not done that much training - and it is a fantastic project!!

Don't forget, Gift-Aid increases the amount the charity receives. Money is collected via a UK charity, Hand in Hand.

TheUniversity ofLife is a post-school club in a slum in Fortaleza, Brazil.  It aims to train and equip the future leaders of  Brazil by creating a pathway out of poverty for children through quality education and training.   It is a non-sectarian institution open to children from any colour, race or religion, and currently educates 370 children. The project is funded by contributions from individuals and groups who passionately believe that by working together we can improve the lives of children living in poverty, one child at a time.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Hi-Hand gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank You!
