Well I'm back and feeling very proud to have completed every single step of the trek (apart from a small part where I crawled on hands & knees). This was a major achievement for me and I would encourage anyone who would like to stretch themselves both mentally & physically to have a go. Let's face it if I can do it then anyone can!!!

The Princes Trust has a number of different challenges which include:

- boating, hiking, rafting & kyaking in Borneo or Costa Rica

- A 150km trek on horseback across the Andes

- The womens leadership challenge which I think will be in Nepal next year (and I'm thinking of doing it all again)!!
