Hi everyone. Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. As many of you know I was diagnosed with CFS/ME in October 2012. I've struggled with the condition since A levels but I wasn't diagnosed till my final year at university. It's been challenging but I've learnt to manage my condition and now it's time to get back to playing sports like I used to.

The 10K for me will be a massive challenge. I've never been a long distance runner and my fitness level is definitely not what it used to be. This is part of my road to recovery and also to raise awareness and money for the ME Association. They support people with the condition through group therapy and also fund research.
