We are setting off on this iconic cycle ride in memory of a dear friend, who should have been by our side, but unfortunately died in a training ride just a month before completing her veterinary degree with us.

Using her memory as inspiration we have picked her favourite charity, one that was very close to her heart as an active sportsperson and proud Yorkshire lass, The Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The charity is run exclusively off public donations, which go directly into the life saving care they provide. Without these donations, the vital service they provide would not exist or be able to keep running.

Please give generously to a cause that means a lot to both of us. We are attempting to reach a goal of £1000, which roughly equates to a pound a mile. Any contributions would be amazing.
