Only a week to go and I've still got pain-inducing, exhausting training to get through, and that's even before I run the Glasgow Womens 10K on Sunday 18 May.

The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC) brings together people of all ages who have Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease, their families and the health professionals involved in their care. These two illnesses are both forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and they affect about 1 in 400 people in the United Kingdom.
