Jeff has kindly offered to run the Great North run for me this year as sadly i cant!

 

We are supporting a charity called 'Cry in the Dark' which needs lots of support so please be generous.

 

To friends and family of mine i ran the Great North Run last year and The Plymouth Marathon and havn't asked for sponsorship so please help me raise the money needed for a worthwhile charity!

Both runs were torturous, blood sweat and many embaressing stories that im sure i will divulge if you sponser me!

Please support Jeff in the run.....all those hills to run up, lucozade bottle to jump over and people to dodge is not easy!
