I am excited about running for MIND though. Mental health problems affect so many people - all sorts of things from bipolar, through depression, anxiety, and stress to behavioural disorders like OCD. It's amazing how many people suffer but the topic is still taboo which is ridiculous. We need to start being a bit more open about mental health issues. So, please help me raise money for MIND.
