The things some people do to have a guilt free Sunday Pub Lunch.

For some silly reason we'll be getting out of bed early on a Sunday for a change and running 10k.  If you feel like sponsoring us, dig deep into those pockets of yours.  If not why not just pop along and laugh at our pasty white legs instead.

All monies raised go towards Wakefield Hopsice and considering you or I might need their services one day this can only be a good thing!
