Story
Ever seen something that seemed like a good idea at the time? In
search of something new to stave off his midlife crisis Paul found Just Walk and immediately got excited. As
a result Paul, Jono and Adam are going to walk 40 KM (25 miles in old money) on
Saturday, 15th May across parts of the South Downs and West Sussex. You can follow our progress from about 7:30 a.m. on the day HERE . All being well we'll be posting updates and photos all the way around the course to the finish. Please leave comments or words of encouragment on the site to help spur us on.
Who are we? Paul Balm - Would like to apologise to the other two because it was his idea again. He would also like to point out how much fun they've had on previous "adventures" Adam Reddish - The baby of the team. Adam is no longer afraid of the moon which could be fortunate if things go slowly. Jono Bullard - When asked about this Jono would only say that he was "chomping". Why are we doing this? Why indeed? Maybe it would be better to ask us this at the 30 KM mark if we've still got enough breath to reply. There are plenty of answers to that but the one that counts is that we're doing it to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support . All our lives have been affected in one way and another by cancer over the years so this is our way of giving back. Walking 40 KM might be painful (especially for Paul) but it's nothing compared to what some people have gone through. What can you do? Go on guess. Please give all you can to help us surpass our total. You never know, if we reach it we might do it next year as well... I'm joking lads OK!
