In May I will be cycling 180 Miles over two days  - from London (Leatherhead) to Wales (Gilwern) - with members of the Unilever team to raise money for charity and in memory of a colleague.

This is my first attempt at cycling and it is quite daunting thinking about that type of distance and what I am about to put the bottom half of my body through! I would really appreciate your support via any donations to support the cause.
