Run Mama Run is a back-to-basics, word-of-mouth, tartan-clad, kilt-swinging endurance challenge around the Pentland Hills Regional Park for friends, fans and family connected to the Martyn Bennett Trust.

We to raise as much sponsorship as possible to fund the Mama Ù Cultural Centre in Colombia to help young people seek refuge from conflict and rediscover their musical culture.  Starting and ending at Flotterstone at 8am on 16th Och-tober 2010 we'll be undertaking a 7 mile hike across the Pentlands. This is the first time the Weegie Walkers have attempted such a challenge and we'll be doing this tartan clad in the fastest time possible, and not a coffee shop insight!
