We provide practical and emotional support to improve life for seriously ill children.

Story

In August 2011 five friends will set out on one of the hardest mountain challenges in the Britain. We will attempt to climb the three highest peaks in mainland Britain - Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales - in under 24 hours. That's a total of around 26 miles walking including 10,000 feet of vertical ascent, with 475 miles of travel thrown in. More information on the challenge, the team, our training and sponsors can be found here

We are doing this to raise funds and awareness for WellChild, the national sick childrens charity. Every penny donated will go to the charity as we intend to fund the expedition ourselves (but any sponsors of kit/fuel etc are very welcome to get in touch)

Many thanks for your support from the challenge team, and please do check in at www.wellchild3peakschallenge.wordpress.com to follow our progress and leave any comments and words of encouragement.
