The Severn Hospice is not part of the NHS, it is an independent charity and two-thirds of the revenue comes from public fundraising. They care for people who are living with complex and progressive illness. The aim is to sustain the quality of their life and to provide relief from pain and other distressing symptoms. It is also not to shorten nor to extend the length of patients’ life. Because incurable illnesses affect whole families they offer the same loving support, help and counselling to the families, friends and carers. Anyone could be effected by these illnesses and need the care of the hospice at any point in their life.
Please sponsor all that you can, to help make a difference to someone elses life suffering from a terminal illness and the family and friends that are all affected by this as well. The hospice relies on people like you for its continued work.
Thank You for your kind contributions.
