Story

Well looks like the time is up and the results are in....

£10.00 for Sixty Watt

£40.00 each for Batt Mann and Dan Gerous

£100.00 for Spartacus Kronos Iain Loki Gaius Achilles Newton Nicodemus Octavius Nasser

and the run away leader Her Majesty The Queen with £520.00

So for the next year my name will be Her Majesty The Queen, thanks for all the donations folks, added to the £22.50 that has been donated on this page that gives us a total of £732.50.

I'll be leaving this page active for a while just in case there are any late donations but the voting is now over.

I decided it was time to do my bit for charity and I wanted to do something a little different. So I am going to legally change my name for a full year, more than that I am going to let you decide what my new name will be!

Now you can make a donation on this page, and all donations are gratefully recieved, but if you want to have a say in what my new name will be use the links below to make a donation against the name you want me to have. The name that gets the most donations as of midnight on the 31st of March will be the winner and on the 1st of April I will legally change my name.

I've chosen to donate to The Association for International Cancer Research, almost everyone has been affected by cancer and I'm no different. AICR is not restricted to a single country, they will seek out the best research wherever it is in the world and you can be sure that your donations will be put to good use.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
