We decided to set ourselves the challenge of a 59 mile bike ride from London to Southend a few months ago.  Since then we’ve been hard at work training and the goal is seeming slowly closer as the weeks go by, but it’s going to be far from easy!  We’ll be doing it on Sunday 20th July 2008.  We would really appreciate any donations you can give towards the British Heart Foundation, in aid of our challenge.
