We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Despite having to be given oxygen in an ambulance during our last half marathon attempt (OK, it was just Claire and that may have had a little something to do with the fags!) we're gluttons for punishment and are entering the Great West Run again this year to raise money for the fantastic Cancer Research charity.  We've been sweating it out on the treadmill, dragging our feet up hills on Dartmoor and battling through swarms of tourists in London on the weekends in true Eddie from Ab Fab style - "clear, clear, clear!"

The blisters, dodgy ankles and aching hips will all be worth it, if we can manage to raise lots of money for Cancer Research.  Last year we managed to smash our goal of £700 and raised £900 in total.  This year, having roped another sister into running for team Wilko/Keuls we reckon we can up the ante and want to reach our target of £1,000.  So please sponsor us!

We'll be running for two people very close to us: Daddy Keuls and Holly's godmother Sarah who sadly died after losing her battle with breast cancer last year, and by all accounts was a truly incredible and generous person.  Cancer Research does really groundbreaking work in supporting people living with cancer and is dedicated to beating the illness through research.

Please dig deep and if you fancy a chuckle, come and support us at the race on Sunday 2nd May in Exeter!

Thanks,

Claire, Holly and Celia x
