Story

Hello!

I have decided to run the Edinburgh Half Marathon in memory of my uncle, Mark Robinson, and to raise money for Mental Health Research UK. Mental Health Research UK is the first UK charity dedicated to raising funds for research into the causes of mental illnesses in order to develop more effective treatments with fewer side-effects.

I have also decided, just to make it a bit more interesting, to enter the Crystal Palace Triathlon the weekend before, involving a 750m swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run. This will be my first triathlon as well as my first half marathon.

Also it turns out I still can't swim front crawl.

It does not seem like very long ago that the mere thought of running brought me out in a sweat, so please dig deep and donate now!

Thank you

Will
