Tough Mudder's slogan 'Probably The Toughest Event On The Planet' should give you some idea of the fear going through my not-nearly-fit-enough body. 

I hope you can find it in you to dig deep and help me raise money for Sparks, without whose research, my little nephew may not be the healthy head-strong little scamp he is now.  They truly do some amazing things to better the lives of babies who get dealt a bad hand.

Tough Mudder is going to mess me up good, including Burning, Electrocution, Drowning, Freezing and generally knackering me senseless.

Only 78% of entrants manage to complete the course, so training will be intesifying and I will hopefully be nails come Sept 21st.
