The challenge is as follows. Day One cycle from Paris to Calais, 187 miles. Day Two row The Channel, 30 miles. Days Three, Four and Five run 78 miles from Dover to London, 3 Marathons. Finally, Day Five, run the London Marathon. Piece of cake!
