Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
On the 22nd of March 2009 I will take to the streets of Tokyo and run for 26.2 miles! It's going to be tough and I'm going to be on a strict 23 week training programme in preparation for the day!
The cause of this madness is to raise £700 for the RNLI who rescue around 8,000 people each year and rely solely on donations and fundraising to support their operation. They are completely independent from the Government. Since the RNLI was founded they have saved more than 137,000 lives. In 2006, it cost approximately £122.3M to run the RNLI, around £35,000 a day. With your kind donation I hope to reach my target and help support the brave team who risk their lives daily to save others.
Thanks for your support
