Hello my gorgeous friends!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am running 10 K on October 3rd to support The Hope Centre (there was a 5 K option, but I thought I'd push the boat out).

Many of you already know about the Centre because Debbie (my lovely wife) is the Fundraising Co-ordinator there.  In brief, the Centre provides help, support, a base, food, clothing and much more for people who are vulnerable and really need it.  I have been lucky enough to meet several of the people who make use of the Centre and they're just people who started out life as normal folk and who have then encountered some massively unfortunate knocks - could happen to anyone.  The Centre has been helping these people for over 35 years.

So how can you help - make a donation and sponsor me.  Whatever you can donate I would really appreciate.  It will make a difference to people who really need some help and help me complete this 10 K.
