William was born normally in Feb 2009 and developed normally until April 2010 when he had a Cardiac Arrest whilst in Hospital for upper airway infection (croup), details of which I cannot go into. During this time he suffered lack of oxygen and Blood flow to his brain the effects of this meant he was in hospital for 6 months and lost his ability to do everything except lay in his bed, no sight, no hearing, no movement.. NOTHING.

William is now home and through dedication and hard work from Julie he is such a joy to be with, he’s now got all his sight back, can crawl, stands up and is doing so well, he’s the same smiley little boy we nearly lost so many times during the early days.

We are continually raising funds for William which will hopefully one day see him walk.
