As most of you that know I am running the London Marathon this year on the 13 April 2008 in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association and in loving memory of  Mark Williams who passed away as a result of MND and in loving memory of David Rogers who passed away after finishing the London Marathon in aid of MND last year.

Those of you who knew either Mark or David know that they are greatly missed by all their friends and family. As I was very close to both Mark and David, Mark being one of my dad’s best friends and David being one of mine I felt I needed to do something that not only meant a lot to me but would have meant more to the both of them. As a result I decided to run the London Marathon and because I’m no fitness freak or professional runner this is a very big task for me and it would mean a lot if you would all be kind enough to help me raise my target of £3500 for Motor Neurone Disease Association.
