Story

The Woodlands Centre

The Woodlands Centre at Hinchingbrooke Hospital was opened in January 1998 and was originally funded by charitable monies.

Cancer patients attend new and follow up clinics and also have their chemotherapy treatment here.

I'm sure you will all know someone who has had cancer, as cancer now affects 1 in 3 of us in our lifetime.

Over the last few years there has been an increase in 20% of patients being treated here at the Woodlands hence the need to expand.

By supporting this fundraising for an extension you can make a real difference to people being treated for cancer locally.
