UPDATE: Yesterday I successfully completed the Munich Marathon in 3 hours and 59 minutes, beating my previous time of 4 hours and 13 minutes. I'm very proud to have accomplished such a challenge and especially to have done it all for Palestine. Thank you all who have supported generously to the cause. As you probably all know, my dad's side of the family are Palestinians. We have all been struck by the devastation and suffering happening in Gaza over the past few months, together with the more than 2,000 deaths of the innocent Palestinian civilians. 

When I ran the London Marathon in 2012 I raised money in aid of MAP, and now MAP need our support even more. If you want to contribute to the Palestinian cause, then please donate whatever you can to this terrible humanitarian crisis.
