Story
Hello to you!
Thanks for visiting our JustGiving page.
On Saturday the 1st May 2010 Joe Hartshorn, Tom Gardham, Sunny Jankee, Toby Juliff & myself are going to attempt the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge Walk in aid of the Parkinson's UK.
The Yorkshire three peaks is a circular walk in the Yorkshire Dales that covers
Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. It is
25 miles long, with around 5,000 feet or 1600 meters of climbing. We will be starting and finishing at the Pen-y-ghent café in Horton-in-Ribbledale, where if we finish the walk within 12 hours, we will gain
membership to the ‘Three Peaks of Yorkshire Club’ and thus finish the challenge.
